Answer: Yes, Turkmenistan had friendly relations with the Islamic Emirate when it controlled the country, and now it also wishes to strengthen its relationship with the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
It is worth noting that the world in general, and neighboring countries in particular, when they saw the Mujahideen’s victory against the Crusader forces, every country is now seeking to improve its relations with the Mujahideen of the Emirate. Among these countries is neighboring Turkmenistan, which is also trying to strengthen its relationship with the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. Indeed, visits and talks have been exchanged repeatedly between our Mujahideen and Turkmen border officials.
