ISIS Khorasan media cells captured by GDI
1: ISIS’s biggest weapon is the media through which they target young people. They publish their emotional sermons and videos on different platforms.
2: ISIS’s media sleeper cells, some of which were inside Afghanistan, have been largely captured in various operations by GDI, while those outside still have their media cells intact.
3: This is not the first incident in which GDI has captured ISIS-K media cells. Before this, GDI had captured ISIS-K media cells in Kunar, Nangarhar, and Kabul.
4: The biggest of which was ISIS-K Tajik media cells, which were captured in Kabul.
1: An active ISKP social media member, ‘Abu Asim Uzbek’, involved in propaganda against IEA, was killed by GDI. His phone was also recovered by GDI with ISKP material on his memory card. He recently posted an old video of 4 ISKP commanders (Sultan Aziz, Mohsin, Hasan, and Abdullah)
The account used by Abu Asim was deleted by his brother a few hours ago. Irony is that his other colleagues (also full time propogandists of ISKP) are now trying to label this as ‘Salafi’ target killing by IEA. You cannot call it a ‘Salafi’ hatred case when he is a Daesh propagandist!
