1: Sheikh Sardar Wali was a famous Salafi scholar of Afghanistan.
2: Sheikh Sardar Wali pledged allegiance to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in 2021, which was the reason for his murder.
3: ISIS Khorasan is being found involved in the murder of Sheikh Sardar Wali because ISIS already had scholars affiliated with the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, whether Hanafi, Salafi, or ordinary people. ISIS Khorasan has targeted all of them, claiming responsibility for some attacks, but not for any reason.
